SCO files Chapter 11 Liquidation Plan

SCO filed its Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation one hour past the "drop dead" deadline, but the Court in that case allowed the Plan to be filed over the objections of Novell and the other litigants. The Plan essentially provides for all the assets of the company except the litigation assets to be transferred to NewCo ("UniXsys"). The liquidation trustee of SCO ("OldCo") will retain the rights to sue under the alleged copyright infringement. If you're interested, GrokLaw has a great roundup of the events including links to the relevant documents.

I believe if required the above information might just be of help. Allied State is well recognised.
